Black eyed peas and bottle gourd curry. 

Ingredients:-

1 onion finely chopped 
2 tomatoes finely chopped 
1 tbs Ginger and garlic crushed 
1 green chilli slit in half
Few curry leafs 
2 cup boiled black eyed peas
1 bottle gourd cut in one inch squares 
1 cup potatoes (optional)

How to cook :-

In a pressure cooker heat a tbsps of mustard oil. Crackle a bit of cumin seeds and asafoetida. Add curry leafs and ginger garlic paste. Sauté for some time. Add onions sauté for few minutes then add tomatoes. Put seasoning of your choice like turmeric, coriander powder, Garam masala, chilli powder. Cook completely until it leaves oil. Add boiled peas, bottle gourd and potatoes. Add two glasses of water. Close the cooker and wait for 3 whistles. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
